Balloon bouquets are excellent for functions.  They can be made with clusters of 3,5,7,9.10 or 11 balloons and be table or floor standing.  We will always use matching ribbons and weights.  You choose the colour scheme.  If you want something extra special how about a floating topiary tree made with 11" helium filled balloons.
